We pride ourselves in providing accurate listings along with prompt and attentive service so I'm sorry to hear that we failed to meet your expectations in one of those regards. Further, each of our apartments goes through a thorough inspection process prior to our guests arrival. We absolutely should have caught the broken blinds and noted that the mattress was in need of replacement. We of course remedied these issues upon your move-in but we certainly hold ourselves to a higher standard and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
