This review is FALSE on a number of levels. You must FOLLOW the RULES you agree to while staying at all Condos in any building, and observe QUIET HOURS after 11PM as posted. As you know, we received multiple complaints regarding your behavior (and loudness on the balcony) as well as while in the unit late at night (1AM), which we responded to on your behalf with building authorities. The community features rental units for all ages - NOT necessarily "older in age" or "conservative" (this is your opinion) - again - this community is open to ALL AGES (Children are welcome) and we take discrimination and harassment very seriously, so "mixed generational and ethnic family" and age status make no difference to us, as all guests are created equally as we embrace diversity and can prove it. The issue is when a guest (regardless of who that guest is) begins to break rules they agreed not to break. Regarding clarification of issues, we spent considerable time on multiple occasions with building management to be sure they knew that you would be compliant to the requirements, thereby avoiding your eviction per the agreement. Please, when renting any condominium, always plan to FOLLOW the RULES you agreed to follow, and DO NOT infringe upon others rights who are staying in the same building - or DO NOT rent a condominium unit in a building with next door neighbors. As long as you are not making loud noise during quiet hours, your stay could have been excellent. We had ZERO guest noise complaints prior to your arrival, and have had ZERO noise complaints since your departure - primarily because a large majority guests follow the rules of the condominium for their rental. We wish you the best in your future rental experiences, and are happy to have you back as well in the future to illustrate our good will (as long as you agree to follow the noise restriction hours as listed). Thank you again for staying, and we hope you give the building a second chance.
