The Tenute di Badia consist of two buildings containing 11 apartments with wonderful views to the countryside made from a careful work of restoration of the ancient Badia with its Guelph tower and the Fattore House.
The terracotta floors, the stopovers in stone, stylish furniture, ceiling beams provide an authentic traditional Tuscan fatmosphere that meets modern amenities and comfortable: internet WiFi is free and access is controlled by an intercom with security code.
The two-room apartment with separate entrance consists of entrance hall, living room with dining area and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and another bedrooms with 3 single bes, bathroom with shower.

Around you, the great beauty that nature offers with traditional vineyard, large magnolias, the forest of redwood trees, the small pine forest and the park that surrounds the house with fir trees, oaks, laurels, cypresses and pomegranates in a blaze of shapes, scents and colors.
To fully enjoy the view and air of the hill are available to guests a private outdoor pool with sun terrace, a big yard equipped with tables and barbecue, playground for children, bowling alley and the possibility to organize bike tours and trekking.
