Welcome to our custom built “Corner Beach House” for the GUARANTEED BEST Ocean and Inlet views available in Atlantic City. From any one of five decks watch a sunrise and a sunset, see the casinos light up for the evening, feel the summer breezes, see the full moon rise over the ocean casting moonbeams that seem to come right to you, watch your family and friends on the protected beach just steps from your front door!

One of the best features of this house is the LIGHTHOUSE and Widows Walk four stories above the ground and up a spiral staircase from the third floor deck. Up here the views are 360 degrees and absolutely incredible! Another great feature is three beautiful and distinctive bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is slate tiled with a rainforest shower head, but best of all you can turn on the steam head and enjoy a hot steam shower experience! The Master bathroom on the second floor features a walk in fully tiled shower with two shower heads and a beautiful Jacuzzi tub on a platform under a custom made and signed stained glass window! What luxury will be yours as you lay back and let the water jets relax and sooth you. And finally the first floor bathroom has schools of fish swimming on the tiled walls. And the best part of all three bathrooms is the heated tiled floors for your feet! Needless to say there is a bathroom for everyone at The Corner Beach House!

The Corner Beach House also features a gourmet main kitchen with a huge granite island with a six burner Jennaire Cooktop, wall oven and all the room you need to feed your hungry crew right off the beach. Another bonus to this home is a Summer Kitchen downstairs with a cook top, microwave and full size refrigerator. We also have two full size laundry rooms with washer and dryers and three full bathrooms and one half bath off the kitchen. We have three living room areas for all your entertainment and four bedrooms sleeping up to 15 people not counting the couches. The living room downstairs has closets and a private door making this a possible fifth bedroom if needed.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet, safe, new neighborhood. Within walking distance are restaurants, para sailing, fishing both professional and on the beach or the reefs right out your front door, boat rides, dolphin watches, and crafters selling their creations directly to you. Within a ten minute cab, jitney or private vehicle ride, is all the entertainment, excitement, casinos, Boardwalk Hall, The Convention Center and Tangier Shopping Outlets that Atlantic City offers. ABSOLUTELY nothing you might want to do in Atlantic City is further than ten miles away, but if you want to explore Ocean City, Wildwood and Cape May they are all located a short drive away.

The Corner Beach House sleeps 15 and 4 more on sofa beds/couches for a total of up to 19 or 20 people. The First Master Bedroom has a King Bed (sleeps 2) plus a Double Bed that can be a lounge chair during the day and a bed at night (sleeps 2), there is also a large sectional couch. The Second Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The first floor has a two bedrooms, the First Bed Room has a Large Double Bunk-bed with a Trundle Bed underneath (sleeps 5 total) as well as a standard Double Bed (sleeps 2). The Second First Floor bedroom has a Queen Double Bed (sleeps 2) and the first floor living room has a small sectional that could sleep 1 adult or several children. There are also several areas where an inflatable mattress could be set up provided by the guest for additional sleeping space if needed.

Last minute reservation - piece of cake! We can have you booked and enjoying your getaway right away! Can't find a kennel for your pet? We allow cats and small/medium dogs! (We only require a small additional security deposit for the pets)

Concerning gaining entry we have keypad door locks installed at the Corner Beach House.. no keys to fumble around with or lose. The day of your check-in you can show up at your convenience any time after 2pm.. there is no need to meet someone to let you in. All you need to do when you arrive is to enter an easy to remember code and you're in! This code is supplied as soon as a reservation is confirmed.

Pets Yes we are Pet Friendly, we love our pets! If you are confident that your furry friend would not cause damage or disturb the neighbors we can waive the extra pet deposit (of $150) but there is a pet fee of $35 for a weekend/mid-week reservation and $50 for a weekly reservation.

The security deposit is 100% refundable as long as no damage is done to the property and/or noise conduct issues.

What we supply: The property is equipped and set up as a fully-furnished property which includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels (except for beach towels), as well as a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as microwave, oven, stove, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, and silverware.

What you may want to bring: Plan on packing your personal toiletry items, food, paper products, cleaning supplies, and hair dryer (if needed). Some paper products and cleaning supplies may be available upon arrival but cannot guarantee that they will last for the duration of the stay. Its suggested to bring some with you or pick up once in town.

Please note if staying over Friday or Saturday night the full weekend rate would apply (example Thurs and Fri night or Sat and Sun night).

We cannot rent to anyone under the age of 21 or to graduation/prom parties. A parent signature is not sufficient. All occupants must be over 21 if a parent is not present. Very sorry for any inconvenience with that.

Please keep noise levels low at all times, complaints of noise or conduct issues will result in loss of the entire security deposit.

Concerning cleanup before your departure we ask guests to leave the property in the same general condition as it was received. We ask this so we can avoid charging a cleaning fee, most of the properties of this caliber in the area charge a cleaning fee of up to $350 on top of the rent amount. If the guest is able to complete some if this activity it saves on costs and those savings are passed onto the guest in the form of no cleaning fees. That being said we do offer a cleaning service and with this service all you need to do is collect and bag any trash, this service is $200 and still cheaper than most in the area. With this the guest has options where with other rentals you have no choice other than to pay the cleaning fee. If interested in the cleaning service or have any questions please feel free to let me know!

Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused by Tenant or Tenant's guests to the rental property and all property located on the premises (in excess of normal wear and tear). If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse Owner for all costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

Personal Property and Liability: All personal property kept by Renter in said premises shall be and remain at Renter's sole risk and Owner shall not be liable for any damages to, or loss of such personal property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other persons, not from any problems with the rental unit from any other cause whatsoever, nor shall Owner be liable for any injury to the Renter or guests of the Renter in or about the premises. The Renter expressly agrees to deem the Owner harmless in all such cases.
