Get an insider's take on Nashville while enjoying your stay in a warm, inviting home with tons of charm and character.
There's plenty of space, comfortably accommodating 5 people in this second-floor semi-private suite. (Note: This doesn't have a private entrance, but shares the main front door of the house.)
One bedroom offers a queen-size bed; the other provides a twin-size daybed and a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for all your things (no matter how bad you are at packing).
The private bathroom has a tub/shower, and we've got you covered with toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron.
There's an additional kitchenette area between the bedrooms, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Coffee supplies are provided.
You'll also have shared use of main house common areas: living room, kitchen, front porch. The living room has a large flat-screen TV with basic channels and Apple TV—so you can finish that Netflix marathon you started.
The main kitchen is available for your use, if you opt to cook meals at the house. (If you need a taste-tester, I'm happy to take one for the team.)
There's a large front porch with crazy-comfy outdoor couches, a porch swing, and ceiling fans. The fenced backyard has a gas grill which you're more than welcome to use as well (taste-testing mandatory with this option).
And of course there's WiFi. Because... 2017.
Zugang für Gäste
You'll have access to your own semi-private 2nd floor suite, with 2 bedrooms (sleeping up to 5 people), a private bathroom, and kitchenette. Entrance to the house is shared with the owner (me!), as well as all common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, and front porch. Sharing is caring.
The washer/dryer can be made available if you run out of clean skivvies or have some other sort of laundry malfunction.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I am happy to interact as much or as little as you'd prefer during your stay—answering your questions and providing local recommendations if you want them. I always enjoy sharing tips on places to go/see/eat/drink... so feel free to ask! But, from one introvert to another, I'll also gladly respect your privacy if you wanna just keep to yourself.
I'm always available by phone (text or call) for any questions or needs as they arise.
Weitere wichtige Infos
I'll be at the house during your stay.
I'm happy to be flexible (as I'm able) with the check-in/out times to better suit your schedule. Feel free to ask!
Be a kind and considerate human, help yourself to (most) anything but my wine or bourbon, and treat the place as if it were your great aunt Sue’s. Say no to drugs, smoking, pets, and additional guests (beyond those accounted for in the reservation). Communicate any breakages (accidents happen), follow check-out procedures (they're easy peasy, I promise), and be mindfully courteous of others in the home (R-E-S-P-E-C-T).

A New Yorker changed by Africa, I love calling Nashville home now. I've got a serious case of wanderlust, having traveled to 30 countries (and lived in South Africa for 13 years). I talk with my hands, dance in the car, drink red wine, and laugh loudly. I use my words to make a living and to (hopefully) make a difference...
