Quite literally a few minutes stroll away are acclaimed Restaurants, major retail stores, fashionable bars and many other city centre delights. Waverley Rail Station and Tram Way are all readily available.

This is a beautifully designed flat on the second floor of a Georgian tenement building. The space has been created with the highest attention to detail.

This is a very large two bedroom flat (could easily be three bedrooms) with plenty of space and comfortable beds, chairs, and couches. Never having been to Edinburgh before, this unit was in a great location and everything was walkable within ten to fifteen minutes or less. It is right in the middle of new town and has several nice restaurants in adjoining buildings. The only downside is there can be a lot of noise from patrons later in evening and from cleanup early in the morning. About the only thing missing was a microwave, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Perfect location! We felt like we were staying at a luxury hotel ( amazing duvets and finishing touches) with the comfort and ease of a friend's house. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped too!

Kate's apartment is fantastic. The decor and attention detail was outstanding. Kate was always available if we had any questions, we felt very welcome. The welcome pack was a treat and a the clarins products a real spoil. We highly recommend this apartment.

The flat was beautifully appointed and fit our needs with four travelers perfectly. Even with four of us in the unit, we did not feel cramped or on top of each other. The modern fixtures and the kitchen allowed flexibility for our needs and the flat was located perfectly to explore Edinburgh. We especially loved the pub at the corner, The Queens Arms. I really can not say enough good things. Kate was a gracious host and worked with our travel schedule and even alerted us to items that were left behind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
