The whole house is accessible to guests. Bedrooms are light, but have room darkening curtains for sleeping in!! Front porch is comfortable for sitting and enjoying the evening. backyard deck being built May 2017. Walk through the backyard gate and across the street and you are at the Stadium!! Walk to all the shopping and entertainment areas easily!

You will be renting the whole house and have access to all areas. All rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished. Attention to details is what this owner is proud of. Small things like a first aid kit, sewing kit and flashlights in the event of lost power during a storm.....All the comforts of home with lots of dishes, pots and pans...and even coffee and the fixins are provided.

The host of this home is always available for any needs or communication. Although it is preferred to meet all guests during check in, there are times when that isn't possible. Access for self check in through lockbox is available with prior arrangements with host.

Lost keys constitute a 25.00 fee. Use of the lockbox is highly encouraged, as it is easy and it decreases the possibility of lost keys.
This is a Pet friendly home, but with charges and strict adherence to Pet Rules.
PETS ALLOWED WITH CHARGES AND STRICT ADHERENCE TO PET RULES.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME—smoking is permitted in the front and back patio areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a proper manner and not on the patio or in the yard.
No burning of any candles, incense or tobacco of any kind inside the house. Candles can be burned on the back yard table, if you wish.
Noise must be kept to a minimum as this is a quiet neighborhood. The Neighbors have my phone number and will contact me at any time that the noise level gets to be unacceptable. Two or more complaints will constitute a loss of deposit and may lead to your party being asked to leave the premises.
Please treat our home BETTER than if it were your own. Please be forthcoming if something is damaged or broken as we understand things happen.
DO NOT—UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILETS. IT WILL CAUSE PLUMBING PROBLEMS AND THAT CAN MAKE FOR A MISERABLE STAY IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH REPAIRS.
LADIES, please use the makeup remover pads that are provided for removal of mascara and eye liners. They tend to stain the washcloths.
TOWELS—please use your towels more than once if possible. This helps keep my laundry/water bill down and rental costs low…not to mention conservation of resources.
The amenities that are provided are for the INITIAL amount only, designed to assist with your budget. I do not refill anything. If you run out, you are on your own to purchase more. Two 5 Gallon containers of filtered water are provided per stay.

For a stay of less than 4 days, maid service is not provided, unless requested. It is at a rate of 25.00 a day and payable PRIOR TO CHECKING IN.
If leaving for the day, please turn off all lights, and turn the air conditioner up to 76 degrees (in summer). In Summer, please do not put the thermostat lower than 70 degrees (another thing that can help to keep my prices low) . In this Texas heat, anything lower than 70 will cause the A/C to run constantly and possibly cause problems.
In Winter, if leaving the home for the day, please turn thermostat down to 67. The house heats pretty fast when you turn it to desired temperature.
Please ensure that all blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, irons, etc are UNPLUGGED before leaving the home.
Park vehicles in the driveway, if possible. If you park on the street, cover or secure any belongings.
Upon check out, please follow CHECK OUT PROCEDURES.
********THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS TO BE HELD AT THIS HOME THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED WITH THE OWNER. IF YOU DO SO, AND THE NEIGHBORS CALL THE OWNER WITH COMPLAINTS, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE PREMISES BY POLICE AND WILL LOSE YOUR REMAINING RENTAL MONIES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT.

LOSS OF DEPOSIT:
Damages constituting loss of Deposit are at the discretion of the home owner. If damages are found after checkout, that were not reported beforehand, loss of the deposit IN FULL is to be expected. My apologies that I have to be this way…it is required that ALL GUESTS are aware of these house rules. I’ve had several things broken or disappeared, and not mentioned to me…and the responsible person claims that the guests didn’t make him or her aware of it. There are no excuses, the booking person is fully responsible. Please be forthcoming if you break something!!!!!
***We will be reasonable in decisions about broken or damaged items, as we understand that things happen. If it appears that damages were caused purposefully it could/will result in a lawsuit against the individual causing such damages, or the individuals responsible for securing the booking of the home.
