Thank you, Mr. Riddle for your comments. I'm sorry that you felt this way. If you would have let me know at any time that you wanted to cancel, I would have refunded your purchase immediatley . Your original cabin was having the decks refinished and, due to weather, took a little longer to dry. We therefore, offered to move you to another cabin. If you would have let me know, at any time, during your stay that the property wasn't up to your expectations, I would have made every effort to correct the issue or move you to another property that better fit your needs.
I assure you that I'm not out to swindle anyone. You were given a free night and a very good rate. We continually work with our cabin owners to keep everything as updated as possible.
