Our condo is on the top floor of the building with a locked main door and garage. You will be provided front door key that also opens garage (in addition to a garage opener) and an apartment door key by Diana our vacation rental manager.

Diana meet you to check you in and to show you around, Diana's number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) They will have your phone number/email and will be there upon check out most times. We are easily reached by text or phone or email but in an emergency Diana is close by and in the building Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9-11

The master bedroom has 1 king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be combined for 1 King if preferred. The type of matttess and frame makes the king conversion much more comfortable/seamless than the regular "gap" issue of pushing the 2 together.

1. No loud noise in the unit, halls, elevators or lobby after 11 pm. Security system on all floors. The building has full time owners so please respect that it is their home and it is not a hotel. Zero tolerance for partying or other loud disturbances. Security system and person on site will monitor. Immediate Eviction and $250 taken off damage deposit.Please treat this as you would your home. It is newly renovated with all new furniture, dishes etc.

2. No smoking of tobacco or marijuana in unit, on balcony or in any common areas, 250.00 fine for each occurance.

3. No extra guests allowed and no unregistered guests coming in and out between 11 pm-7 am. 250.00 fine for each violation

4. Un-returned or lost keys are $70.00 each and taken off Damage Deposit.
You will be met by Diana and checked in at 4.
Earlier or Later check ins may possibly be previously arranged if notified ahead of time and if possible. Check out at 11 am

5. Beach Towels are available -please do not use regular bath towels.

6. Please do not wipe off your make up on the towels-we have provided organic make up remover and cotton pads for that use. Makeup, especially mascara, lip stains & other long wearing makeup will permanently stain, bath & hand towels, as well as pillowcases & sheets.

7. Recycling and regular garbage bags and bins are provided under the kitchen nook and sink. Please wipe or sweep up any major spills etc.

Spacious nicely styled condo with beautiful view on the lake and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We had a great time staying there.

Very nice accommodation and a terrific location in Kelowna. We had a really good stay. The apartment has everything needed and the location is close to many good eating choices. Good base for exploring the regions wineries.

Very disappointing stay. Location is nice, but not worth the hassle we were put through during our stay. On the house rules it clearly states no partying after 11, so we were very careful to ensure we were always quiet while in the condo and respectful because we know there are residents that live right next door and did no partying in the condo what so ever. We went out the first night we were there, and came home past 11 but were VERY quiet, we came back to the condo and went right to bed. We then receive a message the next morning stating that she saw us in the cameras in the hallway come home past 11 and we are being kicked out. I replied and asked why we are being kicked out because there was no noise complaint as we were not noisy and she stated that using the elevator past 11 is noise. Essentially telling us we had a curfew which it does not state in any place on the airbnb agreement. She decided to let us stay even though she was within her right to cancel the agreement and have us leave with no penalty to us but instead she let us stay because we later know she was going to try and charge us a penalty and collect extra money. We were confused and stressed out the rest of our trip worried that we couldn't be out later than 11. Then the day after our trip ended once we returned home, I received a notification saying she is charging me 500 dollars for breaking house rules and making noise past 11(using the elevator). I declined her request to pay the 500 and immediately got airbnb involved as I know we were being treated unfairly. As soon as air bnb was involved she stopped responding and the case was closed. Would not recommend this condo to anyone!!

Unfortunately, Jesse is not sharing an accurate or complete story about her group's behavior of violating stated house rules or our communication with her about those violations. Please see the review, we as hosts, wrote explaining the documented violations which were constant traffic in an out of our condo between 1 am and 6 am and extra guests but more importantly the fact that Jesse's made repeated promises that she would not do that and then denials of not violating them even after the security footage documentation of the violations. As per Airbnb policy and process we tried to resolve it directly with Jesse but when Jesse continued to deny (despite security footage showing otherwise) and she declined to pay the violation fine as per house rules, we escalated it to the Resoultion Center. Once AirBnB saw the security footage that clearly documented house rule violations, they ruled in our favor that Jesse was to pay the $500 security deposit for those violations. So yes, I stopped responding because AirBnB took over and yes, the case was closed but with Jesse having to pay the 500.00 house rule violation. And we have security footage documentation that they were certainly not too stressed out after the first night about staying out later than 11 am as they were filmed at 2:00 am coming in and bouncing off the walls.

we had a great time, everything was accessible and Diana who was in charge of checking us in was incredibly helpful and even more hospitable; definitely a recommended condo.
