This charming Andalusian style townhouse in located in a beautiful and quiet area of Malaga, the town of Torremolinos, just 50 meters from the white sandy beach of Los Alamos, where you will find plenty of great places to stay, restaurants, cafes, bars, discos and sports facilities. A supermarket is two minutes walk. A huge shopping centre Plaza Major with a large supermarket MERCADONA, modern cinema, children's entertainment center, dozens of restaurants and hundreds of boutiques is only 2 km from the townhouse. A golf club and tennis courts are also nearby. Málaga city historical center and beautiful embankment is just a 10-minute drive away. Your kids will be crazy about «Tivoli World» amusement park, water park «Aqualand», dolphin, crocodile farm, because all of them are in close proximity to where you live.
The townhouse has a southern exposure, direct sunlight does not fall inside the house. This feature ensures normal microclimate in the rooms. Anyway you can make the air temperature cooler or warmer with air-conditioners.
A total renovation was made in May 2016, kitchen and bathrooms were completely rebuilt; we brought new furniture and equipment. The townhouse is located in a gated community; it has a private parking space for one car. The distance from the sea is really 50 meters, which is very convenient for families with children.
The total area of the house is 250 sq.m. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cool underground floor with a ping-pong table, a living room combined with a dining area, and a brand new kitchen. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Entering the house, you find yourself in a hall, combined with living room. The living room has panoramic windows facing the courtyard, a dining area and a large corner sofa to be enjoyed while watching TV. You can watch your favorite shows and movies in HD quality on a large 50 inch screen.
Having left the living room, you get into the kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary accessories, including: electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. From the kitchen there is an access to the terrace (patio), which is divided into two zones: dining area and BBQ. You can cook your favorite meat or fish on the grill. On the terrace there is a water tap and a sink, which is convenient while cooking.
A guest toilet with shower cabin is on the ground floor as well, any of your guests can use it for daily hygiene.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor: the master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe. Also, it has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.
Two bedrooms have twin beds each, the forth bedroom has two separated beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables.
On the second floor there is also the third bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Upon request we can provide you with a baby crib which can be placed to the master bedroom or one of the guest rooms.
The townhouse is ready for living. The entire area is covered with high-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Malaga surroundings have many interesting attractions and places of interest for both adults and children. During your stay with us, we will provide you with the route map, so you can easily get to them.
