This beautiful Cape Cod style home with two master suites is just a short stroll to WindanSea Beach. With an oversized Jacuzzi for 8, al fresco dining area,
and a spacious and peaceful backyard, it is the perfect place to relax aftera day at the beach, shopping, or experiencing one of San Diego’s world-class
attractions.

This 4- bedroom 3-bath 2100 square foot home with two rocking chairs on a sun-splashed front porch overlooks a tranquil neighborhood and is walking distance to beaches, La Jolla Village, and two lovely parks – Hermosa Terrace Park and La Jolla Hermosa Park.

Careful attention has been paid to the décor with a mixture of east coast blended with west coast accentuated by wonderful splashes of color that greet you everywhere you turn.

A spacious dining room that accommodates 8 with a fireplace greets you as you enter and the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2-4 has all you need to meet your culinary needs. Just beyond it is a spacious living room with lots of comfortable seating, a 48”wall mounted flat screen TV, and a fireplace.

Glass sliders take you to the spacious backyard with a gazebo, al fresco dining, an oversized hot tub, barbecue, and an outdoor heater too!

On the first floor is both a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The queen bedroom has a 42” flat-screen TV and the bed can easily be converted to two twin beds if desired. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bath.

This home features two king master suites on the upper level. The first master suite has French Doors that open to a private patio with outdoor seating and 2 comfortable chairs inside as well. It also has a full en suite bath with a large soaking tub.

The second upstairs master suite has a 40” flat-screen TV and a ¾ en suite bath with a large walk-in shower.

Of course all bedroom and bathrooms are equipped with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort.

One of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed that can easily be converted into two twins. Please ask our Reservation Team for details.

The fireplace in the living room is non-working; the laundry is in the garage. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

There is a 16-step staircase from the 1st to 2nd floors.

No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. • Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
• Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
• No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
• Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
• NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME – a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.
• Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. (For applicable properties)

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
