Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the 2 master bedrooms have private, furnished terrace with great views of the sea and the stunning pool area designed by Spanish architect Cesar Manrique. 1 bedroom on the middle floor has a private balcony with mountain view.
Ground floor: Open plan with modern furnished living room with dining area and fireplace. Smart TV with Netflix and Astra Satellite, Free high-speed WIFI. Modern kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, hot-air oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer). Small bedroom with Family bed (120cm+90cm, bunk bed), bathroom with shower/toilet. Exit from Living area to the secluded patio and garden patio (36 m2) with barbecue and dining area for up to 12 people. From the garden, a few steps will take you to the shared, fenced pool area with sunbeds, (open 08-22, 1 June- 1 Oct).
Middle floor: Master bedroom with Queen size bed and a sofa bed (140cm), en suite bathroom with WC and direct access to a large terrace, complete with sun beds and dining area for 5 people. The terrace gets sun all day, and has sea and pool views. 2nd bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm put together into a 180 cm double bed), en suite bathroom with WC, small balcony with morning sun and view of the Sierra Blanca and La Concha.
Top floor: Master bedroom with a King size bed and a sofa bed (140cm), en suite bathroom with WC/Bidé, double sinks and a big corner bath. Direct access to a large sunny terrace with lounge and dining area. Fabulous views of pool and garden, the sea and on a good day, Africa and Gibraltar!
Quiet area but still very central, on the western side of central Marbella, just where the Golden Mile begins. Puerto Banús can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Reek & Dalli will be available to you throughout your stay with us. A representative of the Reek & Dalli team will meet and check you into the property, give you a tour, and explain any rules. They will provide you with their number in case of any issues during your rental, and will also perform the checkout.

House Rules for Camojan Blanco, Casa 11
•We care about the environment and do everything we can to minimize environmental impact. Please follow this in all aspects of water and electricity consumption and recycling of garbage.
•It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property. Smoking outdoors is permitted only in designated areas (terraces and patio) with regard to fire safety. Please note that ashtrays are not available in the House since we discourage from smoking.
•When you leave the House, close Windows and lock the doors. This also applies to your departure, in case you arrange to leave at a time when the Agency will not be present on departure.
•Do not leave Windows or doors open while you have the air conditioning running.
•Never sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or dirty clothes. Do not eat food or drink in the sofas in the living room.
•Use coasters for drinks or hot pots that can leave stains on the dining table. Please report stains immediately.
•If something breaks. Please inform us and settle the cost for replacement with us. Make sure that the inventory is accurate and report any anomalies when you arrive. Check again when you leave and report discrepancies.
•Report maintenance problems immediately. You can expect that emergency repairs are remedied within 24 hours and non-emergency repairs should be handled within a week. Damage caused by your negligence is billed against your deposit.
•In order to preserve the appearance and cleanliness of the area, make sure not to drop/spill waste on carpets, concrete and walkways when you go out with the trash.
•Never throw garbage/rubbish within or outside of the House except in designated containers. Garbage containers are situated about 50 m down the Street outside the community.
•Some cabinets are locked and contains the owner's things. Please respect this and do not attempt to open them.
•The number of people who can stay in the House are limited to the number agreed as per your reservation.
•No pets or other living creatures than humans are allowed in the House and such shall be immediately removed and reported to us. Exceptions to this rule can be made with the permission of the owner or Agency at the time of reservation.
•Parking is permitted only on designated sites, marked 11 (just outside the front door). Make sure that no oil is leaking from the vehicle on the parking lots. Temporary guests can park in the street outside the community.
•It is not allowed to make noise, play loud music, or otherwise act in a manner that interferes with or is offensive to other neighbors. Particular attention must be exercised before 8 am and after midnight.
•You are considered responsible for ensuring that noise is not caused by your family, guests or invitees. Social events for you and your guests are welcomed and encouraged as long as such gatherings do not get loud or offensive, according to the owner's discretion, in order not to disturb other neighbours. Hosting a noisy party in violation of this rule may lead to the cancellation of the agreement.
•The swimming pool is shared and specific rules are posted at the pool area, read and follow these rules.
•It is not allowed to move the furniture in the room except the chairs/stools and not allowed to take out furniture intended for indoor use.
•It is allowed to make a fire in the fireplace if desired. BBQ is for outdoor use only in an appropriate place with regard to the weather and general safety provisions of urbanization; check it with the Agency prior to use. Please do not leave the BBQ unattended and keep it away from flammable objects, trees, etc. Please conserve nature. BBQ must be roughly cleaned after use, leave it the way you would like to find it!
•Waste bins, dishwashers and other home appliances, may be used only for the purposes for which they are designed and constructed.
•Drains should be used only for its intended purpose and repairs necessitated by something outside the standard usage is charged to you.
•You are responsible for general cleanliness and to keep the property in cleaned condition during your stay in the property.
•On departure, please make sure that all personal belongings and trash are removed, that the rooms are generally nice and that dishes are done and stowed away as it is not part of the Cleaning company's commitment. Final cleaning and washing of bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
•House towels should not be brought to the beach or the pool.
•Make sure not to lock you out of the premises. If the Agency needs to assist any tenant to gain access to the premises, the Agency takes a fee of 100 € for each call-out and may require the tenant to enter into a contract with a professional locksmith.
•Make sure you have current insurance for liability, personal property and protection against losses due to fire, flood, theft, personal injury, or damage by third parties or other casualty. The owner shall not be responsible for replacement of objects or for your losses unless there is direct and immediate result of the owner's negligence.

Me and my brother Carl bought this house to have a place were our families and together with our parents and 2 sisters families can spend holidays together. Unfortunately we can´t use the house all the time, even together with our extended family, that's why we don't mind sharing it with others.
We love the weather in Spain and Marbella is a place that we can come back to year after year without being bored, it just have so many different things to offer.
