We are very disappointed to hear your stay was not what you were expecting, but don't believe much of what you have said is a fair assessment. First of all, I wasn't aware that being close to a cemetery was a bad thing. The house does not smell of bacon, though it does have a scent of wood (due to much of the house having pine boards). There was a dead mouse in the basement (it is an unfinished basement that is used only for storage). We also do have the mouse traps (unopened in a drawer, to be used in the basement- the only place we have had any mice- a total of 2 in the last few months). Believe it or not, having mice is not at all uncommon, with many homes having them in their basements and garages- without even knowing it).
As for the beds, they are as advertised. I don't believe it's fair to complain about the size of a bed when you know what sizes all the beds are before booking (a double bed is a standard sized bed). Our double beds aren't smaller than any other double bed.
It is indeed a 3 bedroom, as there is 1 bedroom on the main floor, and 2 upstairs. Not sure why the size of a room dictates whether or not it is a bedroom.
We do not advertise that we have a/c, so if this was a requirement for you, then you should have done the homework to find a place with a/c. Though I understand it was a hot couple of days (we don't generally get temperatures this high in our area) we do provide fans for comfort on hotter days/nights).
Once again we are truly sorry your stay wasn't what you were expecting or hoping for, but would appreciate that you make a more fair assessment.
