6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out timing are:

Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:

Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

This flat is ideally located and well appointed, also very quiet (we almost didn't know others were in the building, and the street is quiet as well). At the same time it is centrally located, just round the corner from shops, restaurants etc., near several underground stations, and easy walking from many major attractions. The hosts respond to any questions within a few minutes--excellent communications. One point to note: this listing is actually for several flats in the same building, one of which is basement level. If the floor on which you're located or the light/view from windows is important to you, be sure to communicate this to the hosts before completing the booking; they will do their best to accommodate your request.

Cleveland residences although has an excellent location (Fitzrovia), our experience with them was not as great! The photos on Airbnb do not match the actual property as you might get an apartment in the same block but not the actual one advertised. We ended up with a basement apartment facing brick walls and minimal light coming in. We couldnt find our apartment door at first cause it was hiding behind another door that said "Rubbish Disposal". Our welcome gift was the Rubbish leading down our staircase! The check-in process was fairly easy and very convenient, yet information about check in is outdated on the Airbnb page. The staff are easy to reach but not easy to communicate with, as i had to call several times to get any response. over 24 hours to get our Wifi password which should have been provided the moment we walked in, but no one was there to take us through. Several emails and phone calls later and upon my return to Dubai i have been refunded 10% for inaccuracy and failure to make our stay in London comfortable. Don't bother with an extra bed as it is very uncomfortable and we were promised a mattress protector and sofa cover for the stained and dirty sofa but those were never delivered in the 5 days we were there. A dirty stained mattress is also hidden under white linen sheets. The staff actually admitted to confirming our booking then finding out the apartment we wanted was already booked so they put us in a different one! They are uninformed and you get a different response every time you make a telephone conversation with them. Luckily we did not let our accomodation affect our spirit.. We are definitely coming back to London, but definitely not staying with Nathan (thesquare) or recommending it to our friends.

Great flat. Clean and nicely appointed. Fantastic location. Quiet street. There was a bit of noise pollution from the flat above, but it was reasonable overall.
