An arcology for hacker-preneurs, artists, bee-lovers. Are you wandering this earth for a con, code school, incubator? Do you cook and clean in a creative and curious community? Cohabit with us, human, we accept your cryptocoin. (Robots also welcome).
Perfect for a self-guided retreat to work on a project or personal development. This is a lower bunk in a shared, two person room. Price includes unlimited free Soylent.
Message us! What are you about, what are you working on? We can't wait.
We have ridiculously high ceilings. They were built for a race of ice giants, but we out-squatted them. Come for the on-site laundry, gym, rooftop deck, and two balconies. Stay for the free Soylent (while supplies last), a voluminous and eclectic library, and live honeybees.
Zugang für Gäste
You have access to your own bedroom of course, the shared bathroom with a delightful elephant shower curtain, the kitchen full of cookware and eatware, the common work areas with couches, table tops, books for borrowing, tools for coding and soldering, a public computer running an Ethereum node, some Raspberry Pis and arduinos, and the following board games: 7 Wonders, Forbidden Island, Adventure Time Munchkin, and an implausible number of Go sets.
You have access to both your own private upstairs deck overlooking the majestic north Brooklyn skyline, and a main downstairs deck where I keep honeybees.
And that's not even counting the gorgeous rooftop, backyard patio space, laundry facilities, and gym shared with the whole building.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I am on-call via my text, Airbnb messaging, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), carrier pigeon or raven. You can passive aggressively tweet / (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) / snap pictures of both praiseworthy and complaint-worthy incidents and tag me for effusive public responses (note, these are prepared in advance).
Finally, if all else fails, and it is not a union holiday, you can whisper to my honeybee familiars, and the message will also get to me. (Normal rates may apply).

There are two keys: an outdoor fob in a lockbox (we all shared this) to get through the downstairs door, and a normal key for the upstairs door (you get your very own!)
We live in a Latino neighborhood with boisterous amplified music on holiday weekends, and also next to some lively NYU students/actor who sometimes emit random screams and burst out into melodious song.
