'Norfolk Green' is a second floor apartment within one of Bath's original Georgian Crescents.

Situated within No.16 Norfolk Crescent, the apartment overlooks a wide open green space to the front of the building. This provides panoramic views from the property's living room and takes in the leafy banks of the River Avon and cityscape beyond.

The property is a short, flat walk from the historic centre. Within just a few minutes you can be within the heart of the city and enjoying the shopping, restaurants and historic attractions that make Bath a truly unique UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Norfolk Crescent was built between 1793 and 1822 and is a designated Grade 2 listed building. The original design of the crescent was by John Palmer and is a fine example of architecture from that time.

The property includes a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen / dining area and bathroom. The rooms are of Georgian proportions including 3.3 metre ceiling heights and large sash windows. The apartment has gas central heating throughout and has free WiFi Broadband.

The property has one master bedroom, furnished with a king-size mahogany sleigh bed. Bed linen is provided and includes goose feather and duck down duvets together with feather and hypo-allergenic fibre pillows. The bedroom has been finished to a high standard with beautiful fabrics and interior décor. The bedroom includes an open faced wardrobe for storage of clothing and other luggage.

The property includes a bathroom that has been styled to reflect the age and feel of the building. The black and white design coupled with period china ware makes for a decadent feel from a time gone by. The bathroom is beautifully worked to include a bath, shower, basin, toilet and towel rail heater.

Norfolk Green has a spacious, well decorated living room. The predominantly black and white interior of the living room hosts a two seat sofa, period fireplace and a 32” television.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes newly installed kitchen units and work tops, a gas hob and electric oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

An extending dining table is provided. The table can be: folded away, made into a romantic two seater, or fully extended to allow up to 4 persons to dine. The table is beautifully constructed from wood and is a modern antique.

Complimentary teas, ground coffee and milk will be provided upon your arrival. Should you wish for any additional food and drink items these can be arranged for your arrival (and charged accordingly). We can also help with restaurant recommendations and suggestions for activities and entertainment.

A parking permit is provided within the cost of the rental. The permit allows one vehicle to be parked at any time within the parking bays along Norfolk Crescent and surrounding streets.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this opportunity to anyone. The communication and information provided were outstanding. The apartment is beautiful, quiet, well furnished, and conveniently located. We loved waking up to green trees and birdsong and then walking into town in minutes. Check out Colonna & Small's nearby for great coffee! I've used Airbnb 30+ times and this one stands out as a great experience. Thank you!

This apartment was the best we have stayed in so far. The best comfy bed with quality bed linen. The shower was perfect with a big rain shower head and ample pressure. Kitchen is modern with all the gear you need. It was light airy and spacious, immaculately clean and kept. Mark was the perfect host. Answered all my questions quickly and even had some milk and bits and pieces awaiting us on our arrival. The free parking is a bonus as well as the internet and free wifi. If you are staying in Bath I highly recommend Mark's apartment. You are in the heart of Bath and can walk everywhere. The only thing that could be a problem for some but wasn't for us is there is no lift so you have to carry your luggage up the 45 stairs. Looking out over the park across the road watching the hot air balloons take off on sunset was an added bonus. Thanks for everything Mark. The apartment was perfect for us.

Marks Crescent flat is a heritage listed Georgian building. It is elegant and beautifully appointed. The views are wonderful. The parking permit was invaluable. Mark welcomed me carrying my suitcase up the 4 flights of stairs. He had kept me a parking spot out the front and thoroughly explained the workings of the various features. This is a prestigious quality property and makes a great base from which to explore Bath on foot or nearby Corsham by car. No end of delights!

Great apartment and couldn't be closer to the centre. So quiet at night which was a bonus, having come from a noisy street in London. Brilliant shower too

We were very happy with Mark's spacious, clean apartment in classic Norfolk Green. The area was very quiet. it was only a few minutes from Sainsbury's and the town centre. great place from which to explore the beautiful town. The big bed, shower- bath and bright living room were appreciated. I would definitely recommend Mark's place.

The flat is in an elegant Georgian Crescent with a large grass and tree area in front. It is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath. It is well equipped, warm and comfortable, with supplies of teabags, milk etc to make a cup of tea on arrival. The building was quiet. The only drawback is the climb to the front door. There are around 40 steps which we managed OK but anyone with restricted mobility might struggle.

This is easy - beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and great location- wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely return if visiting Bath in future. Mark was very responsive to all communications and provided detailed information prior to the visit so very easy to "check in" and the information in the flat left no possible question unanswered. Thanks Mark.
