My place is close to Laughlin, Lake Havasu, etc. You’ll love my place because we just Fully remodeled the house, includes 2 huge master bedrooms, plus TVs in each. Third bedroom has a queen bed. Huge kitchen, granite counters with +12 ft Bar top, flat screen TV's, outdoor patio, washer and dryer, gated backyard, and 2 car garage, Central Heating & AC. We also have Cable and Internet.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3.The said residence is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5.Only use appliances for their intended uses

6.Please be sure to pick up after pets.

7.Parking: Parking is available in the driveway, in the garage & in front of the said residence. Boat & RV Parking Available in front of the said residence in accordance with Bullhead City Rules & Regulations.

8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring extra towels & beach towels.

9.Water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages up to $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Storms:
Option A: If there is a storm, no refunds will be given unless:

•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
oAny unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
oAny advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by the signatures
set forth below.

This home was spacious with a large kitchen. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day on Lake Mojave. We were so grateful to have a smoke-free place to stay so close to Laughlin.

This was a perfect spot to stay in very roomy and all the rooms were very large with a very large kitchen. Really close to the river and a few places to launch in the neighborhood. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Todd is a great host he responds back to you fast the house was clean great location close to shopping and restaurants we will definitely stay again

Very nice and clean home. Close to Laughlin and the river. Todd was a very nice and helpful host. Would definitely stay at his house again for any trips to the river or lake Mojave.
