On the ground floor level are two living areas, separated by folding doors, they are similarly decorated with comfortable sofas and carpeted floors and both equipped with flat-screen TV’s. The rear sitting area has French doors accessing a large garden, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and children can play freely in the well-maintained grassy space.
The main corridor will lead you to the open-plan and incredibly light eat-in kitchen, which also offers access to the garden. Beautifully designed in a contemporary style, the kitchen has a large island and white handle-less cabinets concealing up-to-date facilities. The large, extendable dining table is perfectly placed under sky lights and will comfortably seat up to 10 guests.
As you reach the upper level of the house, you will find four bedrooms and the family bathroom, which is well designed in stone with a large bathtub and fixed overhead shower. The spacious master suite boasts an entire wall of built-in storage space, as well as a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room with nautical blue and white tiling. At the end of the hall is the second bedroom, which boasts an excellent view of the garden and has a double bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is similarly styled with a double bed and good storage space. Across the hall is the final bedroom, which has a single bed as well as a single futon.
