Like most rentals in seaside resorts, such as Šventoji or Palanga, we tend to adjust our pricing due to changes in demand. You made a booking with us during one of the busiest periods of the year, August, right before the National Holiday that is the Assumption of Mary ("Žolinė").
I and the house committee, responsible for cleaning the building, gardening, and other maintenance, are making sure that both building and the apartment are secure, comfortable, well cared for, and high cleaning standards are maintained at all times. We apologise that the level of cleanliness or provided amenities did not meet our own high standards.
If we somehow seemed unapproachable to contact regarding these issues, we apologise. We are always willing to help, advise you on location or any other questions you may have (e.g. "What is the best café or restaurant in town?", "Are there any exciting things to see in the area?"), and go the extra mile to make your experience better: a quick phone call, and we can fix most problems while you and your family are out enjoying yourself in the city.
