This one bedroom one bath condo has Central AC, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa with Flat screen TV. The full sized kitchen has a 4 burner glass cook-top with a large broiler/oven. The bedroom, with queen bed and 2nd TV! The bathroom (with tub) has a hand-held shower wand.

Great place in a nice location close to everything. Close to all the good restaurant and shopping of Waikiki. Easy access to the beach and the surrounding areas. The parking was a huge plus. Place was clean and very pleasant.

Loren's place was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable as well as the pull-out couch in the living area. We didn't eat there as we were out and about pretty much all day, but all kitchen utensils were there and clean. Communication was easily accessible with Loren. I appreciated the beach towels, mat and snorkeling gear for use. The condo location was great.

a great location two blocks back from waikiki beach, which you can walk to in 5 minutes. perfect for families with children, as the parents can sleep in the bedroom, and the kids can camp out on the fold out bed in the living room. all the basics are here with a kitchen, mini mart, and included parking. pretty good value for the price!

This is my first Airbnb rental and Lorens place was just awesome. Located in central Waikiki, a short walk to beach and stores. It was a beautiful place with a awesome view with free parking and free wifi. Loved all the amenities, will stay when we come back for sure.

In my role, I manage new agents and oversees the firm’s marketing, advertising and promotion.

Born and raised in Hawaii, I earned my real estate license in 2005. Before that, I lived in Japan where I taught English and surfed.
