The space
The apartment is 800 sq. meters and spread over 2 floors. It is very spacious with 2 double bedrooms, large kitchen 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge area with balcony which can sleep an additional 2 guests due to New double-sized Sofa bed. It has wooden floors throughout. It can fit up to 6 guests in total however the additional charge will apply for more than 4 guests staying in the apartment.
A super location, close to Clapham Junction & surrounded by 24 hour services, lovely bars and restaurants.

It has great transport links to both the heart of London (10 minutes into Victoria or Waterloo) and also to Gatwick airport (30 minutes). It also has transport links to Heathrow via Victoria or Via Brompton Road where you can pick up the Piccadilly line tube.

The apartment in the heart of trendy Northcote road but is set off from the main road in a courtyard where other apartments are situated. There are lots of great restaurant, bars and supermarkets very close by where you can enjoy the vibrant of the area. Therefore you can relax in calm of this tucked away Street, while being only few minutes’ walk from social life.

There are lots of parks and commons closeby where famous festivals and events are held.

Wonderschön gelegene Wohnung. Ruhig und sicher mit guter Busanbindung. 5 Min zu Fuß und man hat mehrere gute Restaurants zur Auswahl und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einzigst zum Kritisieren ist das Bett, was wohl schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Location location......we stayed here specifically for the SW4 festival, but enjoyed it for much more besides. A roomy no frills apartment with all basics supplied, it was big enough for 3 individual travellers to not be in each other's way, light and quiet, and most importantly, in an awesome location. Short walk to Northcote Rd with its beautiful delis, bars and restaurants, there's plenty of good food and drink places around for a few days stay. There's a pub over the road! Which isn't a negative in any way, we didn't hear punters. Karen was the ideal host, communicated well and was available for us when we needed her. The only down side in summer was that we couldn't open the balcony doors and bring the outside inside, due to missing keys - that would have made the stay more comfortable in the heat. Overall though we had a great stay and loved the area :)

Logement très bien situé pour visiter Londres. Sur la ligne de train entre Gatwick et London Voctoria, parfait pour prendre l'avion tôt. 15-20 min à pied jusqu'à Clapham Junction. Certaines ligne de bus sont 24/24 pour rentrer de Londres. Je ne me souviens plus lesquels mais il y a toujours moyen de rentrer à Clapham peu importe l'heure. On était 6, 2 couples et 2 enfants. Chambres plutôt spacieuses. Propre dans l'ensemble. Cuisine trop petite pour y manger à 6 mais on se débrouillait avec un peu d'organisation. On a profiter d'un parc à proximité pour y faire un pique-nique. Très proche de la rue commerçante. Pub bruyant le samedi soir. Voisins agréables.

we were a group of 4 - 1 couple and 2 singles. The sofa bed in the living room allowed us to have the space that we needed. The second toilet downstairs was also very helpful. We never felt like we were stepping on each others toes- there was definitely enough room. The flat is in a quiet, safe and friendly complex. It's a 15 min walk to clapham Junction, but you can jump on 2 buses going that way. Or jump on the G1 going to clapham South tube. Northcote road is lovely, lots of shops, bars, pubs and cafes. You can get anything you need from the many supermarkets or debenhams and tk maxx etc. the floors are a bit squeaky as others have mentioned - but we probably noticed this more as we had jet lag (from australia) and we were probably walking around more at night then others would be. Karen is friendly, available and lets you enjoy your stay without any hassles. Thanks the great trip Karen!

Stay there with my family over the May bank holiday. Great flat, lots of space, easy access to London. Lovely area, with lots of pubs, bar, parks nearby. Would book it again in a heartbeat. Karen was great to deal with.
