It is tiny, but quite comfortable and there is enough space for two people. Great water view, lots of greenery outside, easy hiking/jogging/etc around! Everything you need for a relaxing pastime :)
There are two entrances - on the side through little "mud" room, or via cascades of stairs and a large front terrace straight to the lounge. There is a full functional kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric stove with an oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all tableware and cutlery. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a separate dining room with a table and wooden chairs. Small lounge with an exit directly on the terrace, outdoor table with two rattan chairs. In the lounge - pull out sofa bed, Poeng chair with a foot stool, couple of little side tables, 48" TV with cable, Roku stick (so you are able to watch/listen whatever you'd like - Netflix, Youtube etc.). There is a phone as well (long distance calls disabled). Behind the lounge is the bedroom with queen bed, little built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).

We have very strict recycling rules in Nova Scotia. To help you sort your trash out properly I've put different bins accompanied with very detailed guides - what goes there. We even have "garbage police" occasionally checking our bags during garbage collection. So please remember - no any organics/food scrapings/etc goes in other than compost bin/bag. All plastic containers/drink bottles/cartons/jars/cans should be rinsed before ending in a recyclables bin. If you fail to comply with the rules it means I have to go through all garbage you left behind and resort it. No one would want to do that job, right? So I'll charge you 40$ for that as an extra service
If and then you are using the portable air conditioning unit, please check on the water container frequently so it doesn't overflow.
We do recycle here in Nova Scotia, so there are different bins for garbage, recyclables (clean plastic), pop cans and bottles (anything that is refundable), and compost (organics). Please follow the rules of recycling, there are brochures in the kitchen, or you can have a quick look here: (URL HIDDEN)
If you use iTunes/Netflix with your account - please don't forget to log out before you leave, I try to check it but might forget and won't be responsible if the next guests will (accidentally) use your account and/or make a purchase on iTunes :)

We are married couple, we've been coming to Nova Scotia for several years before moving in here permanently in Summer 2015. I'm Russian and my husband is a New Zealander, our occupations are hospitality and IT. We are very communicative and friendly. As countries we are bond to (New Zealand, Russia, Canada, Ukraine, UK, Latvia, Finland etc.) so far away from each other - we travel a lot and know what's it like to be desperate for a nice place to stay. So if we are the guests - we know how to behave so you won't be disappointed, if we are the hosts - you'll be pleased with our hospitality and friendliness!
