A beautiful, recently renovated modern 3rd floor apartment in a period street. With natural light flooding through the windows, this one bedroom flat has 2 outdoor spaces. Enjoy morning coffee via the living rooms doors on the terrace which stretches the length of the property.
The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is spacious, with hardwood floors throughout. Movie lovers will be pleased with the 42" wall mounted flat screen TV - DVD - Sky+ DVR, Sky Movies, Broadband - WiFi. There's a large, comfortable 3 seater sofa which folds out to provide a queen-sized bed. There's a full kitchen with granite surfaces - fully integrated microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, gas hob, extractor & fridge. There's a small glass table for eating in and also a couple of stools by the breakfast bar, for informal dining or drinks.
The bedroom is at the back of the house, with a fitted wardrobe and French doors enjoying views over the lush gardens of neighbouring properties below. The bathroom is also at the back of the apartment with limestone and marble bathroom. There's a power shower, sink and loo.
