In addition leading through to the back of the house is a dining room with a large dining room table comfortably seating up to 6 with views out over the back patio garden.
Leading upstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are perfectly sized for children with single beds, one is an adult and one is a child-sized bed, (one room has a cot as well for the smaller family member and the other with a single sofa bed for an extra child or adult). There is a bathroom leading off the first bedroom at the back of the house and the family sized bathroom is located between the two rooms and has a bath with an inbuilt shower over it. The front room on this floor hosts a playroom/third bedroom with a double sofa bed and views out over the front of the house and across Fulham. Flooded with natural light, this room is well sized and extremely comfortable and boasts a wide screen TV. Located at the top of the house is an attractive and modern master bedroom with its king size bed and small balcony with French doors out over the back of the house. In addition it has its own newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with a bath and twin sinks. Also at the top of the house is a further double bedroom with an attractive white iron bedstead and flooded with light and views out over the rooftops of Fulham.
