Vintage trailer nestled in the woods on a small organic farm. Right between the creek and the goats, very peaceful and beautiful. The trailer is a 1965 Holiday Rambler and is very cozy! Dogs, cats, goats, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. Lots of hiking nearby, or take a leisurely walk down the country road. Just 30 minutes from Portland, 10 minutes from major shopping and 15 minutes to quaint St. Johns.
The property is rustic, with a composting toilet (regular in the house) and a work in progress.
It's a sweet cozy little trailer with a comfy bed and kitchenette. On one side you'll see the goats and all around is the forest, with the creek right there. It's a really beautiful setting, although there are some projects going on nearby. The trailer is 51 years old, so it isn't perfect. It's clean, but has some previous water damage and ugly carpet (for now), but no mold and is very quaint and comfortable.
There's a shower in the trailer, though it has a small hot water tank and it isn't pretty, though it is clean. Guests are welcome to use the house bathroom. There's a composting toilet just outside the trailer.

You're welcome to explore the farm, and the house bathroom is available for longer showers, if wanted. It is in the process of being remodeled, so isn't as pretty as it will be. It currently has wallboard, preparing for tile, and the sink has hard water stains, as we are on a well.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I'll be available by text pretty much all the time, and will be home often if anything is needed. I'm happy to socialize or not.
Weitere wichtige Infos
One of the dogs is a livestock guardian so she does sometimes bark at night. There's also a train that passes nearby about once per night. There's also a neighbor who sometimes target shoots and while it's been inspected by the sheriff and is safe, it can be loud. It's only occasional and usually for no more than an hour. 99% of the time is incredibly peaceful and quiet! We have satellite internet, all that's available here, which isn't super fast. It's adequate for web surfing, but this isn't somewhere you can watch streaming videos. We have a signal booster so the trailer gets 4 bars, although you have to put in 2 passwords. Cell service (calling) is also spotty. AT&T is generally fine and if you have Verizon just send me your number and I can put you on the Network Extender so it will work. Texting generally works fine for all companies.
- There are many animals here including dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits and goats. Dogs must be pre-approved and kept on leash. Please no heavy scents like perfume
