All beds are new and extremely comfortable!

The cottage has undergone a full renovation with the back section of the house being removed and re-built to combine an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with modern features including polished concrete, stone bench tops and pop-up power points in the lounge room floor, the house has gas heating which almost instantaneously heats the house and additional individual panel heaters in each room make things cosy for those colder Launceston nights.

Large Tri-fold glass doors open up onto a spacious rear deck and low maintenance court yard and outdoor dining area featuring a kitchen garden which guests can help themselves to.

The kitchen features gas cooktop, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine (and pods), tea making facilities and all the appliances you would expect to find, as well as a fisher and Paykel single dish draw.

There is one dedicated car park directly out the front and many more available on the street.

Our aim is to make this house feel like a home away from home with a touch of understated luxury.

We live in Shearwater which is about an hour away from Launceston, and while we would like to be there to welcome guests this will not generally be possible and access is via a pin activated key safe. We are Launceston locals however and enjoy passing on our local knowledge so any questions before during or after booking are more than welcomed! We also have a wonderful cleaner who will make the home feel like a home away from home.

What a gorgeous Home. A perfect mix of old and new with plenty of room. Good location, walking distance to the City and yet very quiet. Super comfy bed, and a great kitchen. Not a massive thing, but it would be nice to have a few basic cooking provisions other than Salt & pepper. But a super homely, beautifully styled Home. Thank you again.

This cute little workers cottage has been lovingly restored. It was sunny and warm. Heating throughout the house was wonderful. Great location. Gavin was a friendly and helpful host. Thanks very much for a lovely stay.

Fantastic house with lots of room. I personally loved the speaker system that runs through the whole house. Close to town and even has a lovely outdoor deck.
