My place is on the beach, This resort is the best resort for families. It has it's own private water parks. You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and at least one
person staying in the unit must be 25 years old.
There won’t be any money withheld from the damage deposit when the following
provisions are met:
No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to
us in the condition is was given in
Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and
lawful manner
All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans left cleaned and orderly
No linens or household items are missing
No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is
at 10am)
The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
No pets of any kind are kept on premises
No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the
Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation
was approved for when accepted by the owner

If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your
reservation immediately.
We are very serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce
them, so please make sure that all of the individuals in your party are made
aware of these prior to checking in.
Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any
damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse,
neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest
for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and
expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or
loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or
at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or
omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any
defective item on the premises.
No pets are permitted! No smoking inside the house/unit!
