Boris Bikes are located on both sides of the apartment block. It is a 15 min cycle to Covent Garden and Soho, or a 25 minute walk over the river.

For keen cyclists there is a secure bike shed in the building's private carpark should you wish to rent and store your own bikes.

Es war wirklich klasse. Rob hat uns sogar um Mitternacht die Schlüssel übergeben, da wir erst so spät angereist sind. Die Wohnung ist wie beschriben und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Sie liegt sehr gut und man kann viele Anlaufpunkte in London per Fuss, Bus, U-Bahn schnell erreichen. Im Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit lecker zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung ist wirklich absolut empfehlenswert.

Situated in Southwark, very convenient for exploring London. You can reach many sights by foot (Tate Modern, London Eye, Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament) or in a few minutes by Tube. Southwark Station is a ten minute walk. The apartment is completely equipped, clean and comfortable. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt and some soft-drinks in the fridge. Bathroom with tub and shower - soap, shower gel, plentiful towels – everything is there. Nice living room (Flat TV, DVD-player etc) with a cute little balcony overlooking Southwark and the London Eye. The apartment is very quiet. A super market (also with a post office) is situated in the same building. Very good security with keylocked floors in the elevator. Perfect Wi-Fi. Rob, the owner, was incredibly attentive and caring. You will find a lot of interesting information about London in the apartment or just ask Rob before your arrival. Will return for sure!

We stayed for 3 nights at Rob's appartment and had a great time.The flat is very clean and you have everything you need. Felt like home. Location is great,tube station 5 minutes away,supermarket in the building. Rob was a great host, friendly and easy going. Highly recommend to stay at his place!

Everything at Rob's place was great...until it wasn't. I've worked in the travel & hospitality industry for seven years and have never seen such a poorly handled situation. Anybody knows that the true test of a host isn't how well they take care of you when things are going well, but how well they handle a situation when things go disastrously wrong. Unfortunately, Rob failed that test with flying colors. I had a severe allergic reaction to Rob's apartment. I don't know what it was, but I'm assuming mold, since I do have environmental sensitivities to it. I was forced to check out after 12 hours because his apartment was proving to be a health hazard. Reluctantly, Rob agreed to reimburse me for half the stay. It was a $2,000 USD booking, which means I paid more than $1k for less than 12 hours in his home. Our messages after the fact indicated that he was more interested in keeping my money than he was in making sure I was safe. For a traveler in a new city, that's not a comforting feeling. His apartment seems nice and cozy, and perhaps things would have gone off without a hitch were it someone else staying at his place, but I simply can't vouch for Rob's excellence as a host. I've stayed in literally hundreds of Airbnbs, and I've seen those excellent hosts time and time again. Rob was great at first, but when things came crashing down, it became apparent what kind of host—and person—he really is.

A very spacious apartment. So easy to access and very safe and secure. Bus is at the door and trains a short walk away. Easy walk to Borough Markets, London Tower Bridge, The Shard, the Tate and London Eye. Rob is an amazing host. Highly recommend.

Rob’s flat is really nice! The location is amazing! You can do all walking, and there are 3 tube stations very close. All commodities are around (supermarket, restaurants, bar, barber, post office, pub, Tate’s Museum…). The apartment is parfait! All is here! You are like at your home: TV, home cinema, DVD player, fans, microwave, washing machine, towels, sheets, heating, balcony, flowers, pretty photos… and the view is nice, especially in the night! The building is very central and neighbours very quiet! But the real strength is Rob! A super host! He’s parfait! He’s very friendly, helpful, quick, attendant…you feel that is really interested at your wellbeing! He gives you suggestions every time! I think he’s the best householder I’ve ever seen here in Airbnb! Thanks Rob! I will come back!

Rob's flat certainly does not disappoint! The location is perfect whether you're in London for personal travel or for business (a quick < 15 minute walk to Waterloo station!). We loved the views from patio and really felt like we were in the heart of things. Rob's place is clean, beautiful, and well worth the price. Could not have been happier!!
