Spacious, bright and traditional Georgian flat set in the heart of Marchmont, sleeping 6 - two double bedrooms, a double sofabed in the living room - plus two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower and toilet in each). You'll have the whole flat to yourself. It's a maindoor with front patio and a shared back garden. A short walk to the Old Town, yet set in a peaceful street near the Meadows with cafes and shops just a street away. Big enough for three couples, a family or group of friends.

The flat is a large two double bedroom maindoor set on Spottiswoode Street, Marchmont. One room is a king size and one a standard double, both with comfy beds, storage space and original shuttered windows. In the large living room is dining space and a double sofa bed also available for use. The kitchen is also a fantastic spacious room complete with all you need for self-catering.

Zugang für Gäste

You'll have the entire flat to yourself, but I'm on easy reach to contact if there are any special requests or problems. Guests are welcome to use the shared garden also.

We so enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh during the Fringe, Giles apartment is located in a great neighbourhood, close to great restaurants and stores. Very close walking distance to city Center and attractions. Thank you Giles!!! We would definitely love coming back!

Giles and jacqui were great hosts! Great communication and check in was super easy. They were nice enough to let us leave our bags early! The flat is beautiful and clean and in a perfect location! Will definitely stay in the future!

Giles' place is excellent. Clean, modern, spacious, well-decorated, and in a great location. Giles was extremely responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect and we would not hesitate to return.
