Set in a beautiful garden, and only minutes from dozens of Peninsula attractions, the Edwardian Suite is a completely private suite within the old homestead at Summerhill Farm. It includes an ensuite and a spacious sitting room with toaster, kettle, small fridge and tea and coffee supplies. Trundle beds can be provided for children if required ($15 extra per bed). The homestead was built around 1920, so if you enjoy vintage you'll feel right at home.
The listed price of $250 is for a one-night booking. Bookings of two nights or more are available at the reduced rate of $175 per night.
ALMOST SPRING SPECIAL: During the months of August and September to celebrate the coming of Spring the price drops to $200 per night for a single night booking, and down further to $120 per night for multiple night bookings.
The Rose Room across the corridor is also available if you need extra beds. The Rose Room contains a queen bed and a fold-out sofa bed. Very handy for groups attending a wedding in the area!
The Rose Room and Edwardian Suite together are $350 for one night and $300 per night for two or more nights.

Summerhill Farm B&B is situated on 10 peaceful acres at Main Ridge, close to Red Hill, in the heart of the picturesque Mornington Peninsula. Centrally located and close to wineries & restaurants, beaches, golf courses, craft markets, national parks, tea-rooms, galleries and beautiful display gardens. Only a 75 minute drive from Melbourne CBD. Minutes from Shoreham, Red Hill, Flinders and Arthur's Seat.

Guests have access to the Edwardian Suite - the bedroom, ensuite and dining room - and the verandah (great for enjoying an afternoon cup of tea or evening glass of wine) and the garden and are welcome to wander around the farm to see the chooks, geese, ponies and alpacas (but please respect fences and gates).

- Please leave the Edwardian Suite clean and tidy.
- Summerhill Farm uses pure rain water caught on the homestead roof and stored in our own water tanks. During summer water is scarce - please use conservatively.
- The toilets use a septic system, so no bulky items are to be flushed down toilets. Please dispose of sanitary items in a bin.
- No smoking indoors.
- No pets in The Edwardian Suite.
- Make yourselves comfortable and enjoy your stay!
