HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is 4PM or later.

• Smoking: This building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% smoke free; including both private and communal roof-top areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of your security deposit.

• Events & Gatherings: We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS from 10PM-8AM.

• Visitors: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. There is a limit of 5 visitors in the apartment itself. There is a limit of 2 visitors in any of the building's amenities. Please no unregistered overnight guests.

• Please no open flames, this includes but it not limited to candles, sparklers, incense, cigarettes, cigars,

• Filming & Photo Shoots: If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

• Please no illegal activity or substances: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

• Damage: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay.

• Guests: For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a clear photograph of your face so we know that the person booking is in fact the person checking in)

• Trash: Please deposit all trash in trash chute located on your floor (please reference your house manual for exact location). Large boxes, paper bags and oversized recycling must be brought down to the recycling room located on the ground floor. You may ask the front desk to point you in the right direction of the recycling room. There will be an additional cleaning charge for large quantities of cardboard boxes, shopping bags, etc left behind in the unit upon check-out.

• Furnishings: Please do not rearrange our furniture. A $75 fee will be charged if furniture has been rearranged and not placed back in it's original locations upon check-out.

• Please Note: Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

Very nice place! Would stay again, and would definitely recommend to friends. Wi-fi was a bit spotty, but not a deal-breaker.

The loft was well appointed and very clean. Great rooftop area with views and great lighting. Bed was very comfortable and all was new and modern. The Cons; the loft is in an undesirable part of town ( I understand most of DTLA is like this.) The area is sketchy with homeless folks walking around and a few mentally off folks as well. The parking area is not very convenient as you have to walk about a block and a half in aforementioned sketchy area to get to the loft. It's not a bad place, just be aware of what's around you at night. Plenty of food options and Uber and Lyft are readily available. Most of the city is empty at night unless you are going to a specific place etc. Many empty factories around the area. The fashion and gallery district is close by and worth checking out. The apartment is great , the area is not. I was happy with my stay and the communication was good.

Alexus's place was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean and homey; one of the best airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

The apartment was clean with a great location close to many restaurants and groceries. The check in and check out process was clear and easy. We had some issues regarding the wifi connection which was slow but that was solved later when the host provided us with an alternative network. The downside I would say was the communication with the host which was occasionally lacking. Otherwise, everything was smooth and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Frankly speaking, this is a very good condo. Renovation is good taste and very new. And it is in the downtown area,close to lots of travel attractions. There are two problems I have to mention. One is the check-in arrangement and document, too long to read,complicate steps, and it is not accurate. If you need parking,be careful, there is no fob needed, but their pre check-in information sheet mentioned fobs again and again, do not be fooled. Another problem is their wifi, speed is very slow, I cannot even login to my Airbnb system many time. It makes me so frustrated when I cannot use Airbnb to contact the host to ask where is the fob. Other things are very good though.
