My place is close to Nelson city centre (5km), parks, art and culture, maitai caves, walking and hiking tracks, mountain bike trails, maitai river, golf course and scenic reserves along the river.
You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the comfy bed, the ambiance, the light. An ideal stop for riverside tranquility in the heart of the Maitai Valley with its wildlife and nature. There is a log fire in the main house. My place is good for solo adventurers and furry friends (pets)

Hi, I'm Jeff 'Daisy Jeff' of New Zealand, running a successful home based family business making Daisy garden ornaments since 1993 from my 1.24 acre property up in the beautiful tranquil riverside retreat of the Maitai Valley, 5km away from Nelson City and 65 km away from the Abel Tasman National Park on the South Island.
A father of six adult children (my son Jason lives on the property with me along with two friendly dogs!) the family business of supplying Daisy Wind Vanes to New Zealand spawned out of a redundancy crisis from my job as a Telecom Engineer and after an inspiring visit to Canada, I decided to strike out on my own with a new business venture to radiate positivity out in the world.
Luckily for me, it worked and our products now supply 'Warehouse Stores' all across New Zealand with our home 'factory' in full swing and welcome you to come spend time with us up here in the Maitai!
