This is a newly renovated apartment in an awesome location, conveniently near everything Venice & Marina Del Rey have to offer. This 6 unit building is connected to an artist's studio & gallery (the exact heart & soul that gives Venice it's special charm and appeal). Next door is a posh restaurant with many unique dishes & a hot spot on the weekends for brunch. Abbot Kinney is only a block away & 1 mile from the apartment is the Venice Pier & Boardwalk, where a lot of the nightlife occurs.

This is a newly renovated/remodeled, downstairs, corner unit in an excellent location w/ keyless entry and air conditioning. I do provide 3 bicycles for our guests to enjoy. This apartment is 1 block from Abbot Kinney and 1 mile from the Venice Pier and Boardwalk. There are many options for a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance, in fact steps from this apartment! Also Costco and In & Out are conveniently up the street as well.

I provide 3 new bicycles for my guests to enjoy. These are quite unique bikes, perfect for urban areas & compact spaces. They are adult folding bikes, that way they can be stored in the closet and not kept outside, so you're always ensured they are safe.

There usually is no issue with parking, as long as you park directly in front of the building. You are responsible though for reading all signs and knowing any restrictions. There is no parking permit necessary or parking meters. Some parts of the street vary with their restrictions though, but as previously stated, directly in front of the building is safe from any restrictions or the street directly behind the building (Harrison) is safe as well.

A comfortable, inviting spot with a great location. Took a couple of nice spins on the bikes down side streets and up and down the beach. Great dinner at the Thai restaraunt down the street.

Mackenzie's place was perfect! The apartment was super clean, the location was amazing and everything was provided (towels, toileteries, some food, etc). The bikes were certainly a big plus; within 10 minutes we were at the beach. Would definitely come back here!

Mackenzie was a very attentive host, who responded to my needs as quickly as possible. Her apartment was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with snacks and toiletries. The location of the apartment was on a busy two-way street, so it was a bit noisy at times. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
