Lovely, bright airy double room, in a beautiful modern terraced house: perfect for cyclists, guest speakers, tourists and visitors.
The house has excellent access to the Derriford Hospital, Plymouth University, The Lifecentre and the city centre.
Additional local attractions: Plymouth Hoe, Barbican, Cornwall and Dartmoor all on the doorstep. This is a fantastic base for visitors wishing to explore Devon and Cornwall by car as there is easy access to the A38 and off street parking.
A beautiful, bright, airy double room with almost sole use of the main bathroom. A provided desk space offers the guest a space to work or study, which is great for the visiting lecturer or student.
The guest will have shared use of the kitchen, which is fully equiped (I enjoy cooking so there are plenty of tools!).
Guests will have shared use of a living room which has a library full of beautiful, interesting books and a great DVD collection with a cosy and relaxing feel, so there is plenty to do on a rainy day.
The garden is a haven of relaxation and there is off street parking for one car. The area is very peaceful, despite its close proximity to the city centre. (Only 2.5miles away)
For the sporty guest, I can advise on great local cycle routes as I do lots of cycling myself. The nearby life centre (1 mile) is a fantastic sports facility with an olympic size pool, diving pool, squash courts, gym and loads of classes. The lifecentre is located in Central Park which is great for a run or walk and access to the park is just a few mins walk from Cherrytree.
There is bags of storage space in the room as well.

Guests will have private access to the room and shared access to the majority of the rest of the property: the main bathroom, a separate downstairs toilet, the kitchen, the lounge, the garden and a parking space if required. Free wifi is provided throughout the property and there is Freeview TV in the main living room, the property has a TV license so if a guest wishes to stream TV in the room that is no problem.
