1. Ensure the cabin is left in a clean condition. Please leave it presentable for the next arriving guests. Since we live 3 hours away no cleaner is coming to clean after you. If you brought your pets clean up after them as well. Vacuum & broom are in front entry closet. Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen and bathroom sink.
2. Empty all garbage into receptacles. It MUST BE BAGGED. The garbage man will not empty it if he has to put his hands through open garbage to empty the trash bags.
3. Please close ALL windows.
4. Ensure the thermostats are left at 15-18 degrees.
After your stay lock the front & back door. Leave the cabin key in the lockbox installed on the jam of the front door.
My name is Lori and my husband Maurice and I own the cabin at Tobin Lake Resort Village.
I work as a Fire Inspector/Fire Investigator. My husband owns GRD Developments Inc in Saskatoon where we build custom cabinetry and offer complete renovation services.
Our lives are very hectic with our busy schedules and because of this we have decided to rent out our cabin since we don't get out there much as we would like.
Tobin Lake is a great place to unwind, relax and fish! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
