The appt. is situated in the center of Arosa, 4 min. walking to the train and the funicular with access to all trecking-, biking- or skiing-tracks. 2 min. from food stores. A fantastic bakery is in the house! So get your fresh baked bread every day. You have everything within walking distance, such as many restaurants, bars, boutiques, entertainment. And still, when you're sitting on your terrasse, you feel apart from everything, just enjoying the stunning mountain view and the sun.
You certainly will enjoy the beautiful view from the terrasse. A perfect place to stay, if you feel staying home and not doing anything. There's also a table, 4 chairs and 2 "sunchairs" outside, so that you even can have your breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a drink outside. Amazing :) The cushions for the outdoor chairs you'll find in the cupboard on the leftside of the bed.

Hi, my name is Yves. I'm living close to Zürich. My passion is my live. And the most important things in my live are my two daughters (Anja, 1997 and Evita 2000), my profession (producing furnitures, own stores, retail and wholesale), my family and friends, sports, travelling, good food and company and all the nice, ästhetic and authentinc things in this world.
I'm very much attracted by the uncommon, my path are mostly one (or two) steps away from the known and common (main)streams. Sometimes, this makes life a bit harder, but a bit nicer and more adventureous.
I do speak german, french, italian, english and a bit spanish. That should make it easy to communicate with you ;).
Looking forward to meet you.
