Our two level, two bedroom condo has all the comforts of home. The upper level is a loft-oriented master suite with queen bed and private full bath. The downstairs has the second bedroom with queen bed and full bath, along with an open plan living room / dining area, galley kitchen with pass through.
There is also a large lanai with table and 4 chairs overlooking the complex’s gardens and centrally located pool / Jacuzzi / pavilion area. We have also included a supply of snorkel equipment, boogie boards, and beach toys (specific selection not guaranteed) for your enjoyment.
Our unit is located on the quietest side of the complex. Absolutely NO road noise.
This is a non-smoking unit with free wireless internet and free telephone calls to the US and Canada.

USE OF THE PREMISES: Kihei Garden Estates is a residential neighborhood. Guest shall be quiet and peacefully enjoy the premises so as not to disturb other residents/guests. House Rules shall be followed. Any fines assessed on Owner due to Guest activity will be deducted from security deposit.
ZERO TOLERANCE: Guests shall not use or permit to be brought onto premises any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. In addition, smoking on premises is not allowed. It is a non-smoking Unit.
