Garbage: please separate garbage in 3 categories: papers, glass and everything else. We will inform you where to dispose of them during check-in. In case the garbage bins are full, do not leave the bags outside, instead keep them home and bring them down the morning after.  4. When using bleach for nails, hair etc, please do not use it with the towels provided by ElegantVienna, as this will certainly damage them. Instead bring your own towel for this, or let us know if you do damage a towel. 5. If you forget something in the apartment that you wish sent to you, we can either ask a housekeeper to do it, for 20€ + postal costs, or have the items at your disposal for pick-up (free of charge) in our private home where you can then send your favourite courier service. Clothing items in good condition that you don't wish sent to you will be given to charity. Please note that not complying to the rental and house rules might, in certain cases, lead to an immediate termination of the rental agreement on our part without any refund.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Christians Appartement sehr genossen. Wir waren zu acht und hatten ausreichend Platz. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Lage ist für das Erkunden von Wiens Zentrum hervorragend und in der Bäckerei Grimm im EG kann man sich jeden Morgen frische Semmeln holen. Danke ans Team, das bei Empfang und Verabschiedung sehr freundlich war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ubicación privilegiada. El departamento no puede ser más lindo y en pleno centro. Christian ha respondido siempre a mis mails y ha sido muy amable. La comunicación ha sido fácil y perfecta. Recomiendo 100% este departamento. Cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado. Viena es hermosa y seguro volveré y de hacerlo elegiría nuevamente este departamento

We stayed at Christian's apartment during the 24th Willem C. Vis Moot competition and it was everything that we could have asked for. We were a group of 5 and the layout of the apartment was perfect for sleeping and the large living room with ample seating and desks provided a great area for our team to work during the competition. The apartment building is quiet and very clean. The location is great as it is no more than 3-4 minutes walking from Stephenplatz. There is a grocery store nearby, along with plenty of restaurants and cafes for indulging in Viennese delights. This is most certainly an apartment that we would gladly return to in the coming years.

Christian was a superb host! Great communication and very accommodating. Our place was perfect for business travel. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Vienna!
