I very much enjoyed this condo. It has a nice view of the ocean, including the sunrise. I liked the balcony, the big bed, the fully equipped kitchen (including pans and a great blender), and the ability to use the palapas and chaise lounges on the beach.
I didn't eat at the main resort restaurant (the one in the center of the pool) but it was buffet only with no alcohol and dinner priced at 350 pesos, about $17.50. There is also an open-air bar and grill directly on the beach with some real Mexican food available. I enjoyed fish tacos, guacamole and a few frozen margaritas for less than $10.
This condo is one floor from the top so there is a room directly above you and rooms on each side, but you get a great view through the large windows and especially out on the balcony. The balcony is right above the pool (often with kids playing) and the open-air pool-side bar (often with loud music, loud blenders making those frozen margaritas, and rowdy drinkers, and which is open from 8am to midnight). If you are the kind that is out playing all day and evening or the kind to be one of the rowdy ones at the bar, this won't bother you, but if you are there to recuperate from dental surgery as I was or just enjoy your peace and quiet, you might want to look for another condo on the north side of the resort farther from the bar. I'm pretty sure Alejandro has some condos on that side.
Kitchen and bathroom towels were provided but no beach towel. Bring your own beach towel. There were plenty of tissues and paper towels and toilet paper.
