One bedroom has 3 single beds, one of which can be a double. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, one of which can be made into a double. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining space with 5 panel bi-fold doors open to a south west facing decking area ideal for sitting out on a sunny summer evening. Also downstairs is a large shower room with a toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The house has wi-fi and a blue tooth speaker system to link your own device to so you can play your own music. The wifi has a daily limit of 1Gb. The lounge has a 50 inch smart TV and leather sofas. There are French doors from the lounge to the private back garden which overlooks open fields on all sides. At the front of the house there is a private garden and decking area which is accessed via the bi-fold doors from the kitchen - dining room area. The dining table will sit 14 people. There is an outside dining table and chairs to seat 10 people.
The two bedoomed annex has a very large master bedroom with a supper king sized bed. There is a vaulted ceiling, large balcony and en- suite shower room. It has views over open countryside. The second bedroom is a large room with 3 single beds an ensuite shower room and views over open countryside. Downstairs is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. There are bi-fold doors out to a decking area and a sizeable private garden. There is a downstairs toilet. There is a blue tooth speaker system to link your own device to play your own music. The annex has wifi and a 43 inch smart TV. The wifi has a daily limit of 1Gb. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table will sit 6 people.
Both houses are connected by a sliding pocket door on the ground floor - which is locked and separates the house from the annex if rented out separately. Upstairs the house and annex are not connected, they are accessed by two separate staircases.
The self contained apartment over the triple garage consists of a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite shower room. There is an open plan lounge with 2 leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and a kitchen diner area. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The lounge has a 40 inch smart TV. There is wifi. The wifi has a daily limit of 1Gb. The dining table sits 4 people.

Outside there is a large balcony with a table and chairs for 4 people with views over open countryside and a private garden.
The house, annex and apartment can be rented out as one to give very large and flexible accommodation for up to 20 people.
Pets are welcome but must be kept downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture. We charge an additional £25 per dog.

Private gardens and some of the best family friendly and surfing beaches in the UK within 3 miles and 5 mins drive. There are plenty of pubs and very good restaurants at Polzeath, Rock, Wadebridge and Padstow within a 10 mile radius. This part of Cornwall is renowned for its high quality cuisine - made famous by world renowned chefs such as Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.

Please ensure that all items of food from the fridge, freezer etc are taken with you as you go and ensure that all your washing up is done. The rubbish bins are on the right of the gate as you exit the property.
We would be grateful if you could report any breakages so that they can be replaced for the next guests.
A polite reminder that the towels are not to be taken to the beach or used in the garden.
Please treat the property with respect and be concientious to other guests staying in the annex and the apartment.
No loud noise after 11.30pm
Remember to hand you key and fob back as you leave.
Finally, please do not move any furniture whilst at Tresweden. A bizarre request I know, but it has happened!
