You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom upscale open concept apartment. If you enjoy being on a quiet residential street just steps from Downtown (800m) and the Bow River (600m), then you are in luck! The space is perfect for groups of 4 to 5 and can accommodate as many as 8. The two bedrooms each have a plush queen bed for your comfort. The open concept, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows only add to the beauty of the space. There is an oversized patio that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, but let's not forget the BBQ that is available for your use!
If you happen to be in town for Stampede, the grounds are only 1.8km away!

For greatest flexibility, we operate all processes remotely. Should you need in-person assistance I will be available if arranged in advance or in emergency situations.

• For same day bookings, please contact for earliest available check-in time.
• Please ask us before bringing a pet into the suite. Not all pets are allowed. Absolutely NO cats.
• No parties or events.
• No illegal use of the Internet. You are responsible for all content browsed or downloaded while connect to the Internet.
• If you are travelling with children please ensure they are supervised at all times. We have done our best to child-proof the apartment.
• No smoking
• Parking: Street parking as available
• Remove shoes at all times
• NO Open flames of any kind.
• The host is in no way responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage to the building that may occur during your stay
• The guest making the reservation accepts all responsibility for the safety, actions and liability of their party
This is a home and not a hotel. We keep our rates very low compared to hotels in the area, and in return we ask you to kindly treat this space with as much care as your own; refrain from smoking of any kind, no pets unless agreed upon prior to arrival, no parties, no loud music or bringing in extra guests (indicate the exact number of guest so that we can provide enough linens, etc.).
If anything is amiss, please let us know immediately so that we can solve the issue. Please DO NOT try to fix our appliances, consult the management, take or move any items without contacting us.
In the case that any permanent damage (including stains on linens which requires us to purchase new items) is found upon check out, extra charges will apply. Please also do not light candles or use any other fire hazards/products that may seriously damage the property.
We do not offer compensation in the rare event of an unforeseeable inconvenience at the building, such as maintenance on facilities (ex. Gym closed), fire alarms, water maintenance etc. If we get notification from the building in advance, we will not accept bookings without consent from the guest. We will always offer a full refund should the building require maintenance that renders the suite unusable.
If you do require an earlier check in or check out time please make this request in advance so that we can try to accommodate you. This might not be possible due to our cleaners availability and other reservations.
Guests wishing to bring pets, please check with us prior to finalizing your booking so that we can provide you with the building and suite pet-agreement.
Lost Key - $150
Lost Keyfob - $300
Smoking in unit - $500 + eviction
Non-Pre Approved Pet on the property - $100 + additional cleaning charges.
Late Check-Out (unless requested ahead of time) - fine equal to one additional night.
Extra cleaning due to state of suite at checkout - $100 minimum. Please be sure to remove shoes to avoid tracking dirt into the suite as that creates extra cleaning.
Noise - if there is a complaint made this will result in a $100 fine. Two complaints will result in a $300 fine and eviction. There are no warnings.
Any damage to the apartment or contents of the apartment will be paid for at the guests expense. Additional fees for the inconvenience will apply. This may include the fee of all reservations lost or cancelled due to the damage.
If you chose not to follow the rules you are choosing not to stay in our suite. Confirmation of your reservation is also considered your confirmation of all house rules.
