This historic room is a lovely place to spend a summer evening. For at least the last 60 years the "sleeping porch" has been a summer respite for the visitors to Sunset Hill. Perched above the Inns carriage house its large open screen windows have commanding views of the grounds, grape trellis, gardens, and fruit trees below. This space is nice for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

The room is in a wonderful old inn and tavern with a fascinating history. Built in 1792 the house is full of interesting features. The common areas include an impressive fire place, large dining table (seats 10), lovely rustic terrace draped in champagne grapes, beehive oven (available for additional fee), and more!
Interaktion mit Gästen
I enjoy conversation with my guests when possible and appropriate. The house is large, however and does allow for everyone's privacy and space to be respected.
Weitere wichtige Infos
The home is old and quirky and sports a number of creaks and groans. There are uneven floors and door jambs. Just what you would expect from a house built in 1792.
- Quiet time after 10pm.

I am a forty one year old father of three. I am a cabinetmaker by day and innkeeper by night. My children are my everything. We have returned from New Mexico to try to breath some new life into this wonderful property, which belonged to my grandparents. We love it. They loved it. We think you will love it!
