The famous Albert Park Lake is directly opposite with Fitzroy St and St Kilda Junction around the corner for easy access into the city.

Don't forget the beach, that too is only a few minutes walk along with Luna Park and many other great attractions. Getting to and from the city is as easy as jumping on one of the many trams along Fitzroy St or from St Kilda junction (which is a minutes walk away) and you'll be in the city directly in 15 minutes time.

Keys must be left INSIDE THE PROPERTY in the cutlery drawer. Ensure that where applicable, in some cases you must remove your car from the parking garage first before returning to the apartment to leave the keys in the cutlery drawer.

Lockboxes: In cases where there was a lock box used for key collection, please ensure that the lockbox is left on the lamp post but the numbers are scrambled to ensure it cannot be easily removed and stolen. Failure to secure the lock box after key collection could lead to the loss of the lock box and $75 will need to be recovered from your bond as replacement value of the lockbox.

Keys: Keys used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of garage remotes, security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $100 deduction from your bond per item lost. This is the cost to me to have these items re-issued and lost items cancelled.

Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. This behaviour will likely affect the relationships we have with neighbours and may affect our ability to host other guests in the future. You agree that, if you hold any type of party, or any loud gathering, in the apartment, even a small party, or a small loud gathering, you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect for your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction.

Paul's apartment was super clean and tidy and had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Location was AWESOME for us and it was super quiet as the apartment is situatated at the back of the complex. Will definitely re-book Paul's apartment next time we are down.

Great place to stay will in busy Melbourne. The local restaurant were outstanding, just at your door step. The local resident were very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. Coming back to the complex whilst out exploring Melbourne everyday was most refreshing because of the warm and safe complex that Paul provides. The accommodation was clean comfortable and safe, along with the extras provided made us feel at home. Thanks Paul we will be back to Melbourne and would most definitely stay again.

Two bed unit is very modern, excellent place to stay close to facilities tram stop outside If you're driving I had trouble parking my car as it was too big, you can only park a small size car and you're going to have to use a Multi Parker or park on the road etc Would recommend staying
