Tresweden Loft is a light and spacious one bedroomed apartment set over a triple garage. King sized bed, en suite shower and wc. Kitchen, diner and lounge with sofa bed. Large external balcony. Views over open fields on all sides. Lovely part of north Cornwall 3 miles from beach.

The property is wi-fi enabled, with an allowance of 1Gb per day.

We do accommodate dogs at an additional charge of £25 per dog.

Please ensure that all items of food from the fridge, freezer etc are taken with you as you go and ensure that all your washing up is done. The rubbish bins are on the right of the gate as you exit the property.

We would be grateful if you could report any breakages so that they can be replaced for the next guests.

A polite reminder that the towels are not to be taken to the beach or used in the garden.

Please treat the property with respect and be concientious to other guests staying in the annex and the main house.

No loud noise after 11.30pm

Remember to hand you key and fob back as you leave.

Finally, please do not move any furniture whilst at Tresweden. A bizarre request I know, but it has happened!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here at Tresweden. The loft was perfectly clean and was well equipped with everything you need. And the towels were exceptionally soft! Iain, the on-site host was great, very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend to friends and family and would stay here again!

Had a lovely stay here and would of stayed an extra night but it was booked. Our host was welcoming,knowledgeble and couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable.

We were able to book a last minute one night stay and were really pleased with the fabulous apartment over the garage block at Tresweden Loft.The living space is generous with a new kitchen and TV with great signal (rare given that we were out in the sticks!)plus dining table for 6 people. Wonderful shower room which is en suite from bedroom. Our favourite part was sitting on the lovely balcony overlooking beautiful fields for miles in the evening and really I cannot recommend this enough. Just gorgeous and so relaxing. Iain was also a great host and it is clear the level of care and attention which has gone into the beautiful buildings they have put together. I would also recommend all three buildings for a group or family as this would be a spectacular property to 'take over'!

Very brand new house where you find all the comfort. It is in a very quiet area with a private parking. Rachel and his husband are very nice, communicstive hosts. They wait us for very late check in and we appreciate a lot to find Sam stuffs for having breakfast in the following morning. I raccomend it very much.

Though a little tricky to find (at least for us USA folks), the place was exactly what we wanted. It was clean, well appointed, and quiet. Iain, who resides nearby, was invaluable during the entire stay. I had the pleasure of also meeting the owners, Rachael and Andy, and found them both to be very nice and caring people. To those who may be new to driving in Cornwall we give this advice - be prepared for some the narrowest two-way roads you're ever apt to encounter. Because we braved those roads, we did have a lovely visit to some wonderfully scenic areas of England. My only regret is that we could not stay longer.

We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the bargain we snapped up here! The location was fab, close to all of the places we had in mind to visit. There are lovely pubs nearby and enjoyed eating out in the evening. We were welcomed by Iain, who was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends!
