4 months were spent renovating our heritage home, which was originally a Livery around 1840 and converted into a home in 1860. We have created a modern rustic space which provides a laid back and naturally elegant feel. An eclectic mix of curated objects and pieces around the house ensure your visit peaks your curiosity. Vintage table wear and your Grandma's teacups await you in the dining room.

Brandon and I, along with our two boys (7&9), moved to Niagara on the Lake this past February 2016. After many years in Toronto and the surrounding area we decided to make a change. Between the two of us we have spent the last 35 years making TV shows and Movies. Brandon is an Assistant Director, as well as Screenwriter, and I am an Emmy Award winning Makeup Artist. Having spent countless hours on set we wanted to create a life where we could have the best of many worlds. We now take turns working in the Film Industry and running our new B & B, Queen Regent Bed & Breakfast.
The idea was to create a space for guests that is an extension of our home. 4 months were spent renovating and curating our whole home to create something different from the usual B & B experience. The breakfast we provide is what we eat, local, seasonal, sustainable and home grown as much as possible. We support businesses with practices that align with our beliefs; this extends to all of the areas in our space. Toiletries are natural, organic and local. Environmental initiatives are in place to reduce waste wherever we can. Many of the items you see around our home are handmade by us and my Dad, who was an invaluable part of this whole process.
Our home is a Heritage home and we want to retain that history while making it the best that it can be. We hope that you enjoy our space as much as we do.
