Come stay in a fabulous 1901 house that has been fully renovated. This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house is centrally located in historic Pleasant Ridge. Less than a minute from two major highways, it offers quick access to downtown Cincinnati, Xavier University, University of Cincinnati.
The house has almost 2,000 square feet of comfortable, well-furnished bedrooms and spacious living areas. Its three bedrooms, separated by thick walls on the house’s second floor, offer the privacy you’ll need during your Cincinnati visit. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a blue velvet chaise. The second has a double bed, desk for working, and a decorative fireplace with an original mantle. The third has two twin beds. The area upstairs also has one standard-size and one travel-size Pack’n’Play crib. A highchair is also available upon request.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to living and eating spaces. The house has a large, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) that is fully equipped for any cooking. The dining room seats 6-8 and is separated from the living room by a classic archway. The living room has a (very) comfortable sectional and seats 8 easily (and provides a place for an extra guest or two to sleep).
The front porch’s swing is the perfect place for an early morning cup of coffee. The driveway has plenty of off-street parking.

I'm a Cincinnati native and will leave you with recommendations of great local activities and dining options. However, I know you're here to visit the city, not me, so you most likely won't meet me to ensure you have as much autonomy and privacy as possible.
That being said, I'll be just a phone call away for any questions you may have or emergencies that might arise.
