Wow! Cristin and family, thank you for your critical evaluation, but I have to feel sorry for someone suffering from PNS and recognize the jaded by the condition. The reviews of all previous clients speak for themselves, without one single issue reports. It makes one think about the stability or capacity of Cristin and family. Communication is a critical component of understanding what is a clients concerns, and sorry there was none from them. The house came with a complimentary AC unit, which the client was aware of this. With communication, it could have been moved to the master bedroom. But here again, there was no communication from Cristin and family. As a matter of fact, during one gardening session about 2 weeks into their stay (spying, hmm) the husband said everything was fine. A beautiful flower garden cannot tend to itself, and sprinklers do break.
There space was never intruded, despite the ramblings of Cristin's review. We went so far as to even volunteered to install an separate AC unit, but were turned down. Relatively few homes built pre-2000 had AC systems. We installed a complimentary unit to the house as mentioned. However, July was the warmest temp recorded in Denver ever and even globally. Simply look at any newspaper on the reports of the major fires raging throughout Colorado - and throughout the world - the first time ever above the arctic circle. Global warming did make conditions uncomfortable and we tried to accommodate after we heard they were uncomfortable. Regarding spying, again, PNS affects many and we wish the family well and rapid recovery.
