Stunning large four bed thatched 17th century cottage set in the quiet hamlet of Hinton in South Somerset near the A303. Surrounded by countryside and rural views overlooking a weir the Farm House is close to Sherborne, 45 minutes to Bath, London 2 1/4 hrs.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom of a walk in shower and roll top bath, second bedroom with king or twin bed and third bedroom with double bed. All with views overlooking beautiful local area.
Ground Floor has a teenage den with futon for one to sleep in.
In the kitchen, which is fully equipped, there is an aga or electric range for your use. A separate larder and utitlity room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are large gardens and stable with a games room set up with table tennis, darts, badminton set for use in the garden. Super extended wifi around the house, sound system inside the house with speakers outside in the garden with free Spotify, TV connections to your Apple TV and Netflix. All accessed by wall mounted I-Pad.

This was a spectacular and beautiful farmhouse with a large garden, loads of space and great facilities. It is set in a idyllic location and it was a great base for our weekend of cycling on the Tour of Wessex, with plenty of parking and outdoor space. We even managed to sneak in a BBQ in between the rain. A particular favourite feature of mine was the sound system which stretches to the borders of the garden for a real surround sound experience. Communication with Jeremy and the housekeepers was very easy and they came back to be very quickly with any information I requested. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An outstanding house, truly stunning with a great outdoor space for the children/dogs to play and a fantastic built in BBQ. The inside is immaculately finished with everything you need for a great stay. Can't recommend highly enough. Thanks!

Wow, what a fantastic stay at this lovely home! Before we arrived the booking process was swift and professional and on arrival we were met by the housekeeper Trevor who was so helpful and lovely! The accommodation is fantastic, very spacious but still very homely and comfortable with lovely views from every room. We stayed with 6 adults, 2 babies and a toddler, so it could have been very hectic, but there was plenty of space for everyone. The garden is lovely, plenty of outdoor seating and lots to explore. The sonos sound system was fantastic and so much fun. Kitchen is lovely, it made cooking a pleasure! Thank you to Jeremy, Trevor and team for a lovely stay, we hope to return soon!

Beautiful house set in lovely countryside. Lovely garden. House was very well equipped and great space. Great utility room to come in to if you have wet dogs! Highly recommended.

What an incredible place to stay! Felt like home the moment we set through the door. The complimentary hamper was so lovely on our arrival, such a fantastic experience right from booking until leaving the house. Everything is as its described and we all said how much we would love to return. Jeremy was a fantastic host who was always there to help or give advice. A family of 7 + 2 dogs staying for a weekend we had plenty of space. Garden was absolutely stunning and the house had so much character and charm, especially the grand fire place in the dining room and the Agra. Thank you so much for our stay!
