A quiet & cosy 2 bedroom flat in a bustling city centre street. In the heart of the Pleasance/University area, this modern, well-appointed apartment sleeps 4 and is a perfect base for exploring the Old Town and beyond, especially at Festival time.

The flat consists of one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a sofa bed which will sleep one in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Suitable for solo adventueres, business travellers, couples and families.

This is a well-appointed apartment for city living in a historic Edinburgh building. Although you are right in the middle of the bustling South Side, the location to the rear of the building makes a quiet space for relaxing. Perfect for the Festival Theatre, the Pleasance, and all the Old Town/Cowgate and Pleasance venues. Excellent restaurants nearby on West Nicolson Street. Close to numerous iconic Edinburgh pubs.

The open plan living room / Kitchen has comfortable seating, space to eat at the dining table and a TV with on-demand and catchup. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential crockery & cooking utensils, a washing machine with dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage for your stay. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. Bedroom 2 contains a single bed, perfect for a family or a small group of friends visiting Edinburgh.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath with shower gel, shampoo and fresh towels provided for all guests.

Really central for seeing the Edinburgh Fringe. Quiet and comfortable flat with everything you need close by and some great restaurants. We will look to book again.

A lovely flat in an excellent location for the Fringe. Near lots of venues and supermarkets. Great for families - bus stops outside so very easy to get around. Even though we didn't meet Murray in person there was excellent comms and support. Already thinking about next year ...

Just a few blocks from the Royal Mile. Everything you want to see in Old Town and New Town are within an easy walk. So many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is a little rough around the edges, but overall it is as described and very serviceable. The entry hallway from the street and stairs up to the apartment door are a bit dark, but we never felt concerned for our safety. Fantastic location, good wi-fi, good linens. Not upscale, but a nice convenient spot.

The flat is very well located in old town, a few minutes walk to royal mile and waverley station. It is convenient for a family (2 adults and 2 children). We didn't meet Murray but had contacts by emails. We were a little disapointed by the lack of natural light in the living room and some little technical problems (the fridge didn't work properly, the doors were quite difficult to open with the keys).

Nice and quiet apartment with all the basic amenities. Really close to all the main attractions as well as conveniently located right above a supermarket.
