My place is close to Albert Park Golf Course, Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Grand Prix Circuit, Shrine Of Remembrance, Crown Casino, Melbourne Aquarium, DFO South Wharf, St Kilda Beach & Pier, St Kilda Promenade, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Arts Centre Melbourne, National Gallery Of Victoria, Flinderst Street Station. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.

Keys are to be collected from my office at 630 Little Collins (Vibe Savoy Hotel) and we will SMS/Email you the details.

For check out you are to leave the keys inside the apartment on dinning table and lock the door behind you. Ensure to take your car out of the parking first before you return the remote for car park with the keys left in side the room when you check out. Any keys or remote dropped off in the letter box will occur a $50.00 fee.

Please note that we are not a hotel and do not provide housekeeping or reception services.

Check in time is 2:00pm - Check out is at 10:00am

We operate for enquires and bookings during business hours Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. We do try our best to reply to all enquires as soon as possible.
After business hours are for emergency situations only during your stay.

1.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. If you are smoking in the balcony, please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of in the rubbish bin. Do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony.

2.Offensive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited. Please take the neighbours into consideration and keep noise levels to a reasonable level especially during the night.

3.Partying is strictly prohibited.

4.The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited as well as the carrying out of any illegal activities on the property. Breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction and possible criminal charges.

5.Ensure that your vehicle is only parked in the allocated car bay.

6.Please ensure that all windows and doors are secured and the lights and air-conditioning is turned off whenever you leave the apartment.

7.Guests are responsible for their Visitors. This includes any damages caused by Visitors.

8.When checking-out, please leave the apartment in the same good condition as it was upon checking in. Dishes should be cleaned and put away and all rubbish should be thrown away. Please leave all beddings on the beds and bath towels in the bathroom. Any housekeeping services over and above the standard housekeeping procedure will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50/hour.

9.Any damages to the property should be reported immediately. If you find any damage to the property upon checking-in, please report this immediately. You may be liable for the repairs/ rectifications of any unreported damages. Management strongly recommends that Guests fill in the Condition Report immediately after checking-in.

10.Check-out time on the day of departure is 10:00am unless previously agreed in writing. There will be an additional $50 late check-out fee up to 11:30am. Any check-outs after 11:30am will be charged as an additional full day’s stay.

Please leave the apartment at a reasonable status as when you first check in, will be much appreciated.

Great size and location for the city, beach, sports events. Well equipped and comfortable. Secure parking is handy.

Nice location. Easy access to tram and 10-15 mins tram ride to Federation Square. Only drawback is lots of construction next door, so could get noisy. Parking is a bit tight.. Apartment is quite nice with two bathrooms, one bedroom and also with washer/dryer. We were a couple with a 23 month old kid and had a very nice stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this very convenient location close to the city with tram stop right outside. Very spacious clean 2 bedroom apartment with all facilities and a lovely front garden to view. Close to the beautiful Faulkner Park. We struggled with only having one key/fob to access the unit which was the only downside to our stay.

My overall experience about the apartment is very good: the place is clean and in walking distance from Albert Park and Southbank. The hosts are helpful and respond fast.
